Oh my goodness. I have thought of this many many times  way back when. 
Three games come to mind for me. Street Fighter 2, Ys IV, and Dracula 
X.  Remember when Sega, Nintendo, and Turbo were all battling it to the 
death?  I recall that no one, and I mean no one would shut up about Street 
Fighter 2. Everyone wanted it... It came out for the PC Engine in japan of 
course... damn good version too! Why not the USA? Why!!!  Then there is Ys 
IV, I dono if it would have provoked higher sales of Turbo Duo systems, but 
I think it sure would not have hurt.. Lastly, there is Dracula X... Don't 
tell me this would not have done wonders for the USA market.

Really, we will never know the what ifs.... but these titles surely would 
have done a lot more for the Turbo Duo than games like Camp California, Sim 
Earth, and Shape Shifter did...

Thats my 2 cents.
