HuCard Slips...possible production

I have a few questions for the list.

I am considering pricing out a run of "HuCard" Slips...

Few Questions...
which one to do?
A. Glossy
B. Matte
C. 2-hole punch (JPN)

Second...how much would you pay for them, and how many would you want?

Depending on the numbers...it might be affordable to make a small run of them.
