Gao

I was thumbing through a old Gamefan (Nov 93) and saw this game on a 
PCE preview page.  I've always wondered if this game was released or 
met Cocoron's fate.  Gao is supposedly a Action-RPG set in the side 
view and figures what looks like a ninja main character. 
What happened to it?   *-neo
