Magic Engine Problem

When I use Magic Engine with PC Engine CDs I receive a skipping problem.

Does anyone know if there is any way to fix this problem?

There isn't any skipping when I play HuCards (Rom files) so I think it has to 
do with my CDROM drive and audio tracks. 

I remember reading about this on the list a while back.
