It seems to be a System Card 3.0 with the bubble portion removed so it can
fit into the card slot.  But it really could be anything since there is no
label.

As for hardware, I have only seen the official HuC5 (a "professionally
hacked" PCE with several extra electrical connections), and various
RAM-based copiers and EPROM emulators (unofficial).  Oh yeah, and prototype
HuCard PC boards with EPROMs on them for demo displays.

For software, I have heard about a couple versions of official developers
kits (ie. assembler), and seen/own the Develo kits.  Then there is the
MagicKit and HuC developers tools that we (the internat community) have
created.

That's about it - but I have heard that the HuC5 is not the "development
machine", but really just used for testing (probably to show an accurate
picture display and sound playback).
