This weekend I attempted to install a country switch in my duo. I'm not sure
where I went wrong, but the system only gives me a turquoisish screen when I
turn it on, in either Japan or US mode. Looking over the connections I can't
see anything wrong, and when I did the mod I meticulously counted off the
pins to make sure I was modifying the correct ones.
I'm no electronics expert by any means, but video game mods are typically
within my realm.
Can anyone offer any advice on fixing it? Today I think I'm going to attempt
to return the system to normal. If I can't get it fixed, is there any value
to it at all? Keep it around as a replacement cd drive if needed for
example?
