Not sure about Singapore but in Hong Kong there are a few places to chek
out.
Firstly as mentioned in the Golden Computer Centre out of the MTR in Sham
Shui Po (Exit C or D I can't remember since I haven't been there for like
a week but it's sign posted in English too)
Once out, you will see the building diagonally on your left.
Now like an RPG you have two ways to go to reach two different PC ENgine
shops.
1) Go in and up the steps and keep walking and watch the right hand side.
Come to a shop called PC something GT and they have a small window full of
PC Engine stuff and a boxed LT STILL there for the last 4 months.
2) Don't walk in and go straight (With the building on your left).
Keep your eyes on your left for an entrance to the upper level (mostly
sells PC hardware) and walk up the steps (The steps have Logistics ads on
them) and turn right. Walk all the way ahead and near the end (Just before
the HK Net shop on the right), you will come to a shop on the left side
whose window is stacked full of Saturn, PCE, Famicom etc etc even PCBs
from Japan. The guy there regularly visits Japan and picks things up on
order. (His number is 23872622. I think he speaks more Japanese than
English though)
In Mong Kok (Via the MTR and out of the exit marked "Sincere Company" or
Sin Tat Centre), go out the station and walk ahead crossing a few buzy
roads and try not to get run over. Keep walking and before you reach
McDonalds, there is a downstairs shopping centre with a big yellow sign.
(They have alot of huge Japanese posters on the walls down the stairs suh
as Matsu Takako, Speed,NOrika Fujiwara etc etc.. you cannot miss it)
Go all the way down and turn left. You will see TWO shops full of retro
stuff inluding the PC Engine and the place where I got all my laseractive
stuff from ;P.
The place I deal with mostly is called "Realgame Games Shop". Owner is
mostly in Japan like 70% of the time and again you can order in advance on
anything that exists in Japan as long as you are willing to pay.
Last place I visit is near Lok Fu MTR. It's a place called the Dragonball
Centre (Can't remember directions so take a cheap taxi ride) and on the
2nd floor in a corner opposite a manga bookstore is another retroshop with
game copiers and pce stuff.
