Its off topic, so I prefer not ot get much into it, biut there is no
official release arcade, europe, or anywhere with the legendary bad Engrish
in it. I'm certain of that, but I'm not 100% who made it up. I believe it
may have been people who messed around with a ROM of it for an emulator.
