Nope. GunHed is an early Compile shooter developed for Hudson. No
relation whatsoever to the Star Soldier series. Actually, it plays
like a variation on Compile's Aleste series (the ship side, not the
mech cousin)...much like Gun-Nac on NES did also. For a sound
comparison, play Space Megaforce for SNES and then play Blazing Lazers.
You'll see what I'm talking about.
