	Hmm...

	Has your Coregrafx 2 been modified for RGB out, or does the SCART
lead you're using with it just go to the A/V out port?

	If it's the latter, it's possible that your new small TV doesn't 
like the PCE's NTSC video output.  The PC Engine doesn't really output
an RGB signal, so if this is the case it'd just be using your TV's normal
composite video line.

	If it's the former, it's likely that your TV might not like the
PCE's composite sync signal.  I've had trouble with some models of 
Commodore RGB monitors which won't detect the sync from a PC Engine, and
just show a black screen like you've said.  I was able to get around this
by pulling the sync from the comp. video and running it through a sync 
separator circuit, which the monitor seemed to like a little better.  If
you've got an SCART TV, you can use the composite video signal as sync
just fine by itself.
