First, you don't need your Arcade Card, so you can put that aside. The
HuCard that came with the game is a "boot" card; you'll need a
converter for it. That's all. Otherwise, you shouldn't have any
problems. I passed on buying Hi-Leg when I lived in Korea; a place
down the street had it in mint condition for $25, a good buy. I don't
get all insane over hentai titles...to each his own.
