Lords of Thunder T-Shirt

I've seen a couple of people in New York City wearing a T-shirt with 
the character designed by Masamune Shirow for Lords of Thunder on it.  
Are these being sold in stores now or something.  I just think its 
really weird that I all of a sudden saw two people in the same week 
wearing that T-shirt, and they were in different colors, one yellow, 
maybe one in green. Alex
