One of the best C/C++ tutorials I've ever read was by Corando Enterprises (I
think), and it was online. Better than any book I had ever read, it was so
easy and entertaining that I just flew right through it. I think there is
like a $20 shareware fee, and they may not be up because so many people were
using them and not paying;(. Anyway, see if you can find something on that.
