I am not sure about why that happened but I have an email of their
reply to me about certain items (the FX, games, and a couple of other PC
Engine and Dreacast games). I contacted them Sunday and got a pretty big
response today. Everytime I have ordered from them they have had
everything. Perhaps it was an isolated incident? TELEGAMES also has
things not posted on their page and you kind of have to ask them them if
they have it.
Now that we are on the subject of listing things not even in stock, no
stores were ever worse than Gamedude and Gamemaster. BuyRite is also
notorious for stuff like that. Multimedia 1.0 is yet another. Over at
fanscene.org, once the overhaul is completed, I plan on setting up a
"places to buy" page on NEC and SNK goods. I've done a lot of searching
and have found some great ones.
