I haven't seen the Magic: The Gathering plastic card-covers, but I know
that some kinds of plastics actually tend to hold a static charge... and
believe it or not, this is the number one function that the slipcovers
for your HuCards exist for. Just the right amount of zap to the contact
and you could lose your hard-earned Magical Chase forever. Do the Magic
card covers tend to hold a static charge? Usually you can tell if a
plastic has a charge, it tends to be "sticky" even with no sticky
substance on it.
