I don't see why people can't develop for PCE/T-duo anymore. I heard from an 
interview that an old programmer from Hudson actually was happy to hear that 
people still play his games via emulation. He thought that most people didn't 
care about the PC engine anymore. But to his surprise people still do. He 
didn't care if it was through emulation or not. 
    So how long does NEC hold licensing rights? Indefinitaly? There are so 
many programmers out there, someone please heed the call. I heard of some 
people developing multiple games on a single disc. Can't imagine the 
possibilities. And how about a net play option via emulators? I don't know 
about everyone else, but i would like to take on everyone in a game of Street 
Fighter II CE!!!! Haudoken!!!!!!!
