Yes, it's quite easy to get it from playing video games, especially if you
play with that blasted DC controller.

I've been playing games, drawing, and using a PC since I was crawling (well,
maybe not the PC, but I was a killer Pac-Man player in my diaper days). My
wrists have suffered through the years, and lately they do get kind of
buggy.

Besides wearing the braces (which I haven't gotten to yet...I probably
should) there are exercises that you can do to help fight it. I don't recall
the location, but if you do a google search for carpal tunnel exercises,
you'll see them pop up. I have to admit, they did help quite a bit, and now
I only need them when I hit the extended playing times.

Also, you may want to try holding your controllers a bit differently. Unless
I truly need to use the Trigger Buttons on the DC, I hold my fingers around
the memory card slot rea, rather than underneath the controller.Helps take
tension off of my knuckles. For the Duo though, not sure. That's pretty much
the same.
