Just wanted to let you know that the NEC contract with TZD expires on April
30, 2001. It has been 7 years to the day that our fair company has stood
in for TTI in handling all of your needs for the TurboGrafx system you all
know and love. Part of that service was to exchange broken game consoles
for new ones.
If you have any thoughts of taking advantage of this offer, better do it
before the end of April. After May 1, 2001 there will be no out of
warranty support here at TZD. We will still offer a 90 day warranty on
everything we sell. In addition, we will have a referral repair facility
available after May 1.
So if your Duo won't load CDs all the time, you have to wiggle the RF on
your TG-16 or you've fallen into the trap of a Radio Shack AC adapter for
your Express, send it to us within the next 30 days!
On another (sad) note, in the past week or so we have run out of more
titles than we can ever remember. Something like nine titles disappeared
forever from our shelves. I just counted 21 more titles that we have no
backup (full case of 24) inventory for. All we have is the loose picking
stock for those titles. Some of you know that as soon as we run out of a
title evil-bay prices double. Don't let that happen to you!
Now some people might think we're going out of business. Not so. Hopefully
we'll be around for a long, long time. We have tons of (some) game
titles. (We're considering re-doing the decor in early Power Golf or TV
Sports Football.) We also have at least 15 pallets of units, parts and
accessories, so don't worry about us, we're here to take care of you!
