Burnt pixels are a normal thing if you have a TE. Nearly all TE's
have them; it's likely that many Ebay ones you see do as well but the
sellers don't know what they are.
Bad pixels on the TE aren't a big problem. I doubt you'll notice
them much... Personally I'd rather go with TZD, as that way you'll get
a brand new product and quality service.
