Re: What is a Burnt Pixil Then?

I might not have a full understanding about what a burnt pixil is,
so why not go over the subject and let's maybe clear up the confusion a
bit.
I had a friend that had a Turbo Express way back when they were
released. The screen had a burnt pixil on it from having been left on
pause too long (or just extended play) which happened to be right in
the center of the screen. It was very obvious -- a bright white light,
and also another spot with a bright red dot right next to it.
I myself got a newer version of the Turbo Express about a year
ago. I took the "Splatter House Test" just recently and I don't see
any abrations in the coloration. I've tried a few other games as well
(Legendary Axe 1 & 2) and I don't see anything that I can describe as
contrasting with the colors around it.
How would I know if I have a burnt pixil, or from the description
of my friend's TE, am I already looking for the right thing?
Later.
