Hi, folks. Has anybody ever made a program that'll
let us listen to the ADPCM sample data stored on
PC-Engine CDs? Some games (Like Ys III) have
extensive sample data stored in the track, and I'd
love to listen to it...
Or if there are no tools, can somebody point me to a
technical description of the ADPCM format?
