Yeah, there was one for Ys III...mine is appropriately boxed.  As far as CD 
games go, that's the box I see most often here and there.  I'll never 
understand why people ditch boxes.  Going in a store or on eBay and seeing a 
bunch of loose carts is pretty depressing.  I'd never buy a game without 
box/manual...however, people sometimes pay what would generally be premium 
prices for "complete" games for loose carts.  One time, GameFan ran this 
photo of this guy's large collection, and it was seemingly mostly loose 
carts.  Some "collection."

Without dragging both out (it's my least favorite Bonk game), the only 
difference I can recall in game content itself was some additional 
mini-games.  Unless you collect, pretty much a waste of time if you already 
have the HuCard.  Certainly, the game wasn't appropriately upgraded for the 
medium.  Then again, I'd love to know the official back-story about the game, 
as it never saw a Japanese release.  Having an exclusive version of a 
Japanese game on the U.S. Turbo ran contrary to the way it usually went...and 
that's probably why I bought it when it came out.
