Re: Drac X (was - RE: Duo CD accessing problem)

So the general consensus seems to be that I have a bad burn of the
game. And while $150 does seem like a lot for one game, it really is
worth it. Considering a new Duo would probably cost in the same range, I
bit the bullet and won an auction for Drac X on eBay last night. $132
doesn't seem like too bad a price. So providing I don't get bilked on
the auction, I'll soon have the actual game. I don't necessarly consider
myself a collector but I love good games and that one definitely
deserves my cash. Heck, it got me to buy a Duo in the first place cause
I had bought the burn quite a few years ago to play on an emulator but
hated playing it that way (it really isn't the same).
Somebody mentioned the Playstation power supply causing
interference with the Duo. I DID have it placed next to my PSX about 2
years ago, but hadn't played it much since then until recently. Is it
possible the PSX permanently damaged my Duo? Aside from one abnormal
load time in Ys1&2 (which someone said may be normal), I haven't had any
other problems with games. I'll cross my fingers and hope it's okay.
Thanks for your help everyone.
