Not to be mean or anything, but you didn't check prices... The only
reasonably priced link out of your list is the following:

I mentioned www.maccables.com because the prices were _low_, not for
any other reason. I just happened upon them while looking for other
things. It looks like the link you found has lower prices, which is
good, though they do have a minimum order size of $25. Always nice to
save some cash but I, for one, would have a hard time finding $25 worth
of cables which I actually _need_ on that site.
