Help needed to ID Games Express Hucard

Hi, listers!

	I need help identifying a Games Express hucard.  It should be easy.
It has the word "QUIZ" on the front, with 5 cartoon girls to the right of 
the lettering.
The back has 4 cartoon girls, supposedly in a state of undress, said undress
hidden by white bricks.   The bar code appears to be the generic GE bar code,
numbered T4955754200991.
