Rinkya is a great service for big ticket items only.  A typical PCE game 
which sells for between 1000 and 5000 Yen will cost you approximately $50-$80 
by the time you add commission, bank fees and shipping with Rinkya.  
Occasionally people sell entire collections on Yahoo.JP, so I suppose you 
could use Rinkya to buy one of those.
