If I remember right, when TTi went under, TZD received all their leftover
stock on legal condition that they could only sell within North America.
So it's kind of like saying that Sega of America has a problem shipping
overseas--of course they do, because other companies hold licenses valid
for other countries, and they don't have anything to stand on there.
