favorite strider SGX rumor

My favorite rumor about this game is when people said that the lead designer 
of the SGX version was under so much stress to make the game arcade perfect, 
that he went crazy.  I love rumors, wether or not they are true, they are 
cool enough to tell an interesting story.  So what does Kazekiri mean??  I 
have no idea. (wind slicer??)
