Rainbow Islands and Magical Chase

What can anyone tell me of the rarity of the PCE CD 
Rainbow Islands (aka, Bubble Bobble 2)?  Also, how about 
the US Magical Chase?  I know that's a hard one, but I've 
been looking everywhere.

Also, anyone got an extra PC Engine CD-Rom2 AC adapter 
(AD-IF30 I believe) or know where I can get one?
