I think the best bet would be to directly down the middle with this one.
Take the two prices you got from eBay and TZD and pay the average. That
would be $105 for the TE and another $105 for the Tuner for about $210.
(Kinda ironic that both amounts average out to the same thing). If you
think that's a little low, then just add an extra $25 to the total just
because he is a friend.
And he obviously must be a good friend considering he has Turbo stuff. :)
