Now, I do have the expansion port cover, and would not mind putting the
RCA's there, however I do like his spot for mounting. He had to pull it
from the inside, which is more difficult, and I think I want to go with
the simpler method and pull it from the expansion port, but make the RCA
plugs look like his setup but on the expansion cover.

Now this shows which pin has auido and video. The only thing I am
confused about is the ground. Should each audio and video channel have
it's own ground connection to the shielding of the cable, or can I just
split a ground connection? Does it matter which ground I use for any of
the RCA's?
And finally, I need some clarification on what this means:

two terminals on the side of the cable that connects to the
PCE/Turbo.>
