At this point, early 2004 is the best I can offer. Most of the
work is done on the CD game part (there are still a few sections
that are being added or tweaked). However part of what needs to
be done still arethe game cinemas. The opening cinemas is almost
done, the game opening and closing cinemas are almost ironed out
and work has begun on the game credits. This process takes a lot
of time since there are several persons involved (coder, graphics,
audio) and all these efforts need to be cordinated. No easy task
with upcoming holidays.
I know that a lot of people are eager to see MBDX, and I am one
of them. But I also want this to be a product that looks and
behaves the way I want it to. So far all the parts fit this
description, so I hope everyone is ultimately pleased with it,
and that the wait is worth it.
When the game is sent to the CD pressing factory, I will let
the list know (and of course, you are more than welcome to join
us on IRC (efnet) #utopiasoft), and ask, give input about the
MBDX project.
