Theres a more important thing to shop for in a Universal adaptor.... thats
amperage.
1st off you'll prob have to buy the more expensive one in that the T.E. uses
alot of amperage more than your standard adaptor gives out.... I belive most
are 300mA or 500mA.... you would best benifit from a 1000mA adaptor. Also
the T.E. input is 7 volts. You can try it at 6 volts or 7.5 Going over by
0.5 volts isn't going to kill it I've run my T.E. on both I found 7.5
better. Just make sure to get the polatirty right. (Altho if you get ti
wrong it shouldn't hurt it.) most adaptors have a + that points to a diagram
with shows the tip as Positive... well with the type the TE uses the top is
the center/inside. Either wich way set it to possitive in the center.
