Item origins

I'm curious as to where a couple of items came from(handed out at 
special events, packaged in with certain items, etc.). Maybe somebody 
here knows.

Turbo Duo promo vhs tape
Hudson music cd

Also, did the Hudson music cd ever have an actual case or front cover 
at all or was it a disc only item?
