Prince of Persia

Did Prince of Persia come with a back insert for the cd case? I ask 
because I recently got it in the mail from an ebay auction and it 
didn't have it. I got it with 4 other games, everything was in perfect 
condition so I thought it was kind of strange this one game came like 
this unless it was original.

If it did have one, can I find a pic of it somewhere so I could just 
print one out for the case?
