The best shop is "Game Tanteidan", I think .

The shop is very nearby the 1-B exit of "Ebisutyou station(Subway)"
Abou1 min walk, south, from the 1-B exit
The 2nd best are "Super potato 7" or "Big Tiger".
These shop mainly deals PSx but also deals PCengine or some classic games.
"Super potato 7" is about 10 second walk, south from 1-B exit of Ebisutyou

"Big Tiger" has 2 shops
One shop(Nipponbashi) is about 5 minute walk north from 1-A exit.
