As policy, I do not accept pre-orders, until I have the
distributable CDs in my little hands, then I do not feel
right trying to pre-sell them.
As for a release date... a lot of progress has happened in
the last 48 hours. But there is still work to be done.
Here is the to do list (percent in parents is the amount
of work completed on task):
Cinema 2 (70%)
Cinema 3 (35%)
Cinema 4 (10%)
Map CD audio to in game (20%)
Better Sound Effects (0%)
Intense Play testing (0%)
CD Artwork (25%).
I am expecting to have the cinema work done within 2 weeks,
and hopefully have the CD audio stuff mapped out as well.
That will leave only SND effects to improve, and then beta
testing.
After all that is done, it will be 6-8 weeks to get the
CD pressed and sent to me.
So date wise, we are looking at late April at the earliest.
I apologize that it takes so long, but it is me doing 95%
of the work, and with dayjob and family, I just do not have
as much free time as I wish I had for this.
