RARE PC-FX ITEM FOUND!! HELP!

hey list,
   i am writing to you from akihabara.  i just found something i have 
never before seen.  it:s a boxed PC-FX board which says stuff like 
PC-FXGA DOS on it.  the sticker from the store which is selling it says 
that it:s able to run on windows 98-xp which i don:t understand.  what 
is this?  i thought the PCFXGA could only run on pc98 computers.
