Tips & Tricks magazine scan for July

Can anyone be so kind as to send me a high-rez scan of the "Joe Santulli's
Collector's Closet" feature in the July issue of Tips & Tricks magazine?
It's supposed to be Turbo related.  I plan to use this scan on
