Got mine to go the first time. Amazed that is completely worked fine.
Following the instructions worked to a T so I'm not sure where you
didn't get the right size bin.
But on a side note, I pulled out my Duo and noticed just crazy
"scratching" noises from the left and right channels. I assumed it was
the AV hookup so I used the AV hookup from my R-X and that too had the
same problems. Then I hooked up my R-X with the original wires and it
was working fine. I also tried the Duo with just the Composite Video
hooked up (neither audio wire was plugged into the TV) and used the
headphone jack and had the same "scratching" noises. Sounds like the
Audio on the Duo itself is screwed. I'm no engineer so checking the
boards will typically prove useless, any ideas on this though? Or know
where I can get this fixed if any still does this? I hate to see my
Duo be dead :(
