Hello all. Are there large benefits for using the arcade card on combo CDs?
I have Popful Mail and I've only played it on Magic Engine at this point.
What differences do these combo games have when used with a standard 3.0
system? Faster load times won't be a deal breaker for me but added animation
may be. I'm basically trying to decide if getting an Arcade Card will be
worth the money. Sapphire is the only game that really stands out for me as
I'm not big on fighter games, but I doubt I'll be insane enough to pay for
Sapphire any time soon. Wait, Madou Monogatari.. I'm trying desperately to
get this game and it's arcade only. Hmm..
I'm also taking before/after pictures of my Duo-R to show off the effects of
the cleaning I asked about earlier. There was a thread on www.pcenginefx.com
that I was pointed to that had some good information and a few testimonials,
but no viewable results (just, "Hey, it worked for me!" or "Looks new
again!"). I'll link to them when they're ready if anybody is curious about
how much a difference it'll make.
