Late HuCard Games: No Jewel Cases?

Hello all. I was looking up Neutopia II on eBay and noticed that none of 
the auctions past or present had a CD jewel case. Some had the book and 
some would have the outer cardboard box. I'm assuming that some of the 
late HuCard games did not come in jewel cases? Is this true, and does 
anybody have a list of which ones did not come in jewel cases? Thanks!!
