This probably won't be much help, but I'm looking at my copy that I bought
at one of the Libertys in Akiba. I bought it in early 2004 (mar or so)
and that was the only one I remember seeing. Picked it up for Y4580
($45). More expensive than I thought it would be, but I haven't seen one
since then.
