Yes, plus:

PC is (at least): PC-8801, PC (DOS/CGA), and PC (Windows)
Sega Master System
Sega Saturn ("Falcom Classics")
PS/2 is both US and Japanese (more different Ys games in Japan)
And there is a Japanese version of Ys 6 on the Playstation Portable

I have seen native English versions for PC/DOS, TurboGrafx, Sega Master,
SNES, and PS/2.

There is now a patch for the text, and a translation document for the speech
(And a dub project which is not yet complete).

MagicEngine will allow you to play the original disc, *and apply the patch
in-memory* on your PC, since your original hardware is broken.

Well, there's a translation project which created a patch for Ys Eternal 1
and 2 for Windows XP.
There were many versions of this game released, so you should consult which
one(s) the patch applies to prior to ordering it.
