Well, in the 48 hours since the list was officially re-activated,
we are up to 64 members, a far cry from the 204 we had when the list
died (numbers do not include digest subscribers). Welcome back
everyone.
Now, the digest is up and running, so anyone who wants to move to
the digest version (sent out once a day) can use the address:

with the standard SUBscribe message to get added. Please note that
things are still undergoing a bit of testing, but I have run several
"digest" versions of the list, and have not seen any problems. So
have at it.
Now, for better new... The Turbo List Home Page is back up, along
with new and improved Kung Fu Search action. The new home is at:
http://turbo.mindrec.com
All the main stuff seams to work, with one exception (I will get to
that in a moment). Included on the page is the entire list archvie
as recorded from 1997 to 2005. The only thing that is not working
right now is the digested message from this year are not being added
to archives, and are not searchable. A small fix that I will take
care of in the next 24 hours. There is also a new search feature
for the past archives, and from what I remember of the old one, this
one is much better. =)
If you see any references to joyce.eng.yale.edu anywhere, let me know,
or of you find things that are not work, drop me a note and I will
try to get them corrected as quickly as I can.
