"Games Express" -- not sure of their country (I had always heard Hong
Kong or Taiwan).

Here is all the known GE titles:

  AV Poker World Gambler
  AV Tanjo
  Bishojyo Jyanshi Idol Pai
  Body Conquest II
  CD Bishojyo Pachinko 4 Sisters
  CD Hanafuda Bishojuo Gambler
  CD Mahjong Bishoujo Tyuushinha
  CD Pachisuro Bishojuo Gambler
  Hi-Leg Fantasy
  Idol Hanafuda Fan Club
Kiyuu Kiyoku Mahjong Idol Graphics Vol 1
Kiyuu Kiyoku Mahjong Idol Graphics Vol 2
  Lady Sword
  PC Pachi-Slot Idol Gambler
  Quiz Toko Shashin
  Strip Fighter II

Keep in mind that there were several other "indie" companies that also
made PCE games at the end (not counting MindRec), titles like "Crazy
Hospital", "Shiawase Usagi" -- all very adult in nature, and unlike the
GE CD titles, these all could work with the standard PCE/Duo System card.
