a few of you have asked me for a picture of the chip but i don't have a
scanner. that PAL console bascially ran the US chips. the PAL chip
looks the same as the US one. i don't know about the packaging because
i got this from lik-sang a while back for $1 US. they claimed it was a
pal chip and i'm inclined to believe it since they at one point had
stocked the pal turbo grafx (about two years ago, i think). in fact,
they had a bunch of stuff. i wish i'd shelled out the $75 for it but,
oh well.
