I'd be interested myself if some team or something formed to do this (I'd 
love to do it myself and I was recently playing some games from SMS Phantasy 
Star to SCD's and I was really wishing that I could alter the art or spiff 
it up change colors smooth things off ect add scrolling (I know that pushing 
it) )
