what? What?! NES games on hu-cards? i'd bet my copy of beyond
shadowgate that it's not legitimite but that doesn't mean it wouldn't
be worth having. here's what i think:
from time to time (more often a few years ago) i would see GBA or MD
carts sold on the street with like 5 to 10 (and sometimes more) games
on them. there were some guys in akihabara on a street corner with a
tiny fold-up table, mini tv, and these cartridges who'd sell them for
cheap. now, given that there were hu card copiers available (gray
market at best), it is possible that someone somehow dumped some titles
onto hu cards because they knew people like you and i would buy them.
could these be flash cards? there's a guy in hong kong who used to
work for either play-asia or lik-sang. a genius. he's made all kinds
of devices. i will have to dig up his website but he made a very cool
flash cart which goes right into the turbo card slot.
truth is, i'm dying to know more. someone out there knows. anyone?
