New PAL Turbo Grafx units can still be found at:

Not that I like the store very much, but it has some pictures on it's
side, so it's always worth a check....
I remember a large full-page ad from NEC back around 1989 in a german
videogame magazine where NEC stated that can't provide service on
grey-imported PC Engine units.
That must have been a few years before those PAL Turbo Grafx units had been
introduced....
